The Difference Between Achievers & Performers
There are people who play sports simply to get attention. There are others who only play to win. And, those are two very different archetypes although they both might be wrapped up in one person. We will call the ones who want attention, performers, and the ones who want to win, achievers. The goal of a performer is to entertain you, while the goal of the achiever is to prove they are the best in their field.
Achievers want people on their team, helping them to win. Performers only need groups of cheering spectators and observers.
